
The program offers training on communication skills and North American culture as well as customer service skills. In particular, the program aims for the participants to:
- learn and practice accent neutralization techniques in communicating with customers;
- organize and structure messages effectively by using clear and concise language;
- use active listening to be able to respond appropriately;
- master basic customer service practices and develop a customer-centric mindset;
- be familiar with American culture and geography and blend Filipino work ethics and values to those of their customers’.
