The program offers training on communication skills and North American culture  as well as customer service skills.  In particular, the program aims for the participants to:  

  • learn and practice accent neutralization techniques in communicating with customers;
  • organize and structure messages effectively by using clear and concise language;
  • use active listening to be able to respond appropriately;
  • master basic customer service practices and develop a customer-centric mindset;
  • be familiar with American culture and geography and blend Filipino work ethics and values to those of their customers’.
